The Left Bank restaurant has been serving French traditional cuisine with a modern twist in Vail Village for over 5 decades using the freshest ingredients of the finest quality. Every dish is prepared from scratch by the Chef/ Owner Jean Michel Chelain who took over the left bank legacy in 2006. From the French Alps he moved to vail where he has resided for the past 25 years. You can enjoy a fine dining experience in the main room or a more relaxing experience in the lounge area with our specialty cocktails and a large French wine selection from over 350 references.

We believe that sometimes the best path forward can be found in the past. The original recipes of gin and vodka were distilled from wine grapes.
