No deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (and on certain holiday periods as outlined in your booking confirmation, policies may vary). Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable.

Cancellation policies inside the window are enforced and weather, road closures, injuries, sickness, personal or family tragedy, flight cancellations/delays etc will not be cause for refund. We strongly suggest buying trip insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.

Sitzmark Vail is 100 yards to the Gondola One and ticket offices at the base of Vail Mountain.

As a historic boutique hotel in the heart of Vail Village’s pedestrian district, Sitzmark Vail offers a select number of on-site parking spaces. Our garage has a maximum clearance of 6’8” and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles, large SUVs, RVs, buses, or other vehicles exceeding this height.

On-site parking is available for $60 per vehicle, per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to availability upon arrival. If our garage is full or your vehicle exceeds the height restriction, our team will gladly direct you to the Vail Transportation Center, located just a short five-minute walk from the hotel through the scenic streets of Vail Village. The Vail Parking Garage offers oversized vehicle accommodations and a lower-cost parking option.

During holidays and special events, including GoPro Mountain Games, Fourth of July week, and Oktoberfest weekend, parking may be unavailable. Our team is happy to assist with unloading your luggage in front of the hotel upon arrival, and recommend the most convenient parking options to help make your arrival as seamless as possible.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast from 7:15am to 9:30am. Enjoy fresh pastries, fruit, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, variety of breakfast sandwiches or burritos.

The hotel offers both a hot tub and pool on the second floor looking over the Gore Range mountains and Vail village.

We wouldn’t travel without our pets and neither do we expect you to! We are dog friendly and allow one dog per room for an additional nightly charge of $55 plus tax. No more than one dog is permitted in each room.

Pet fee applies to ESA dogs but is waived for certified ADA dogs with proper documentation.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel or on our property (including balconies, patios and entryways).

High speed Wi-Fi is included in the resort fee.

The Penthouse has air conditioning.

All guestrooms will have air conditioning upon the completion of the renovation in Summer 2024.

A valid form of government issued identification is required to check-in along with a valid form of payment, such as a major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Government issued identification includes driver license, passport, or military identification.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. However, we encourage all our guests to drop off your luggage prior and start your adventure!

The resort fee includes breakfast offerings, hot tub and pool access, use of ski storage room, discounts for ski rentals, cruiser bike rentals, high-speed wifi, daily housekeeping, use of fitness center, seasonal Après Ski.
